+ Finalizing curriculum framework and distribute the SEL curriculum.

+ Plan to integrate Character Education through action program with SEL competencies to implement monthly school-wide activities.

+ Training teachers and school staff, especially Head Teachers, on SEL competencies to improve their ability to identify and support students with psychological difficulties and unexpected behaviors in class or school.

+ Professional capacity training and management of school psychologists.

+ Organize workshops for parents about SEL and common problems of students.

+ Planning, coordinating operations, managing quality and personnel for school psychology activities at schools.

+ Coordinate with experts and stakeholders in training, assessing the quality of educational program implementation and school psychology activities.

+ Participating in teaching school-wide programs on skills and values education for students: social emotional education (SEL) program, adaptive skills education, gender education comprehensiveness, prevention of school violence, student clubs...

+ Working time: Monday – Friday.

+ Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Psychology Education or equivalent degrees;

+ at least 2 years classroom teaching experience in SEL program;

+ Good presentation skills and proactive teaching style that can inspire the passion of students in learning;
