• Take ultimate responsibility for the preparation of financial statements, tax reports, tax final settlement and take charge of all other statutory reports accurately, fully and in a timely manner.
• Take responsibility for the process of closing books at the unit, assigning, guiding the work, controlling the general work of the entire accounting machine at the Member company.
• In charge of the budget and banking relationships at the Member Company.
• Check and approve adjustment pens, hand-written pens according to the company's set of financial regulations and other relevant documents.
• As the main focal place for interacting, serving and supporting the Principal/Director of the Member Company financially to serve the needs of business implementation and development at the school, the organization performs detailed accounting daily at the Member Company.
• Check/control and forecast the use of costs to serve the cost control at the detailed level.
• Asset management, inspection and supervision of assets, tools, inventory and so on at member companies.
• Proposing and advising on effective accounting work.
