Fixed assets Handling:
 Create and monitor a system of controls, procedures, and forms for the recordation of fixed assets
 Recommend any updates to accounting policies related to fixed assets
 Track the compilation of project costs into fixed asset accounts, and close out those accounts once the related projects have been completed
 Calculate depreciation for all fixed assets
 Review and update the detailed schedule of fixed assets and accumulated depreciation.
 Fixed asset counting periodically
 Filing documents on time and clearly
 Calculate all tax relating to Fixed asset
Accounts payable
 Finance approval for vendor master data creation.
 Record all invoice from suppliers to accounting software.Detect any variance reasons between invoices an Purchase order and send to requester for verification.
 Invoice posting for overhead with correct general ledger account and each department.
 Control invoice workflow and prepayment monitor and clearing it on monthly basis.
 Reconciliation payable account with invoice that were booked Monthly. Quarterly account payable reconciliation with intercompany.
