- Experiences in sample management (Protos, Counters, AD, Test, SMS, PPS).
- Coordinate closely with various brand teams in Taiwan headquarter and locally with sampling development team, and to drive the development to production stage across functional teams.
- Maintain accurate and timely monitoring on new design development.
- Lead the development process, ensuring that high quality protos and counters are created which address desired function, aesthetics, cost and manufacturability, including checking for quality, measurement, fit and adherence to construction standards. Able to discuss on options and recommendations to make improvement in the sample process.
- Drive effective problem solving and continuous improvement. Ensure accurate and timely updates of development data management files where applicable.
- Experiences in Commercialization, familiar with garment construction methods and manufacturing, material testing methods and appropriate interaction of lab results as they pertain to products.
- Develop key timelines with production partners such as sample schedule, raw material schedule, bulk production start date, and x-factory date.
- Manage the overall production calendar, having a keen sensibility regarding the detailed status of current and future deadlines.
- Coordinate orders of production materials including: samples, fabrics, and managing on-time deliveries.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with Chinese would be advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft excel, word; visual acuity for analyzing cost, samples and color and related reports.
