Smart Cargo Service

• Receive, verify, and reconcile accounting data. Detect discrepancies and guide, coordinate with detail accountants to handle and adjust accordingly.
• Supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reports. Note: The company outsources tax reporting and auditing services.
• Prepare business performance reports and compile accounting data and management reports as required by the Company's Board of Directors. (Using the company's existing templates)
• Check and monitor the preservation and storage of accounting documents and records.
• Other tasks as assigned by the Company's Leadership.Knowledge:
• Graduated from University or College with a major in Accounting
• Certified Chief Accountant (Or additional commitment within 3 to 6 months)
• Able to communicate in English
Skills:
• Good communication, presentation, and persuasion skills
• Problem-solving skills
Qualities:
• Sharp, quick, detail-oriented, with good analytical thinking
Other requirements:
• Knowledge and experience in logistics and import-export (is an advantage)

• Working hours: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM (from Monday to Friday ) 08:00 AM - 12:00 PM (Saturday)
