We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant to implement and optimize CRM solutions. The successful candidate will possess in- depth knowledge of Dynamics CRM functionalities and a strong understanding of business processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Provide expertise in Dynamics CRM functionalities, including sales, marketing, and customer service modules.
Customize Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, and business processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in Dynamics CRM.
Create and maintain functional documentation.
Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure effective use of Dynamics CRM.
Maintain and update existing CRM configurations.
Stay updated with the latest Dynamics CRM features and updates.
Implement and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to meet business requirements.

Qualifications:

Strong understanding of Dynamics CRM architecture and best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with Dynamics CRM customization and configuration.
Excellent problem- solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
At least 3 years of experience in Dynamics CRM functional consulting.
Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

The ideal candidate will have familiarity in two or more of the following areas: .NET Frameworks, C, ASP.NET, SQL, XML Technologies and Web Services. Working knowledge of Microsoft Products such as Win2003K Advanced Server, SQL Server 2008/2012/2016, SharePoint Portal Server 2013/2016, CMS, Office Systems, ASP, COM, VB, TCP/IP and general networking and Active Directory is required.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
Knowledge of data migration and integration tools.
Experience with Power Platform, PowerApps, and Power Automate.
