Sika Limited (Vietnam)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Specification Supervisor to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. In this role, you will serve as a technical expert and trusted advisor, bridging the gap between our innovative product solutions and our valued customers. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive product specifications, providing technical guidance, and ensuring that Sika's solutions are seamlessly integrated into construction projects across the southern region. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on project success while fostering strong relationships with owners, consultants, designers, and architects.

• Develop and deliver written and verbal product recommendations and specifications tailored to customer needs, actively engaging with project stakeholders to ensure technical excellence
• Provide accurate methodologies, specifications, and technical drawings to customers, demonstrating deep product knowledge and innovative solutions
• Conduct comprehensive training sessions for customers and internal Sika Vietnam staff on product knowledge, emerging technologies, and new product launches
• Evaluate and enhance the Sika Vietnam product range, methodologies, and technical documentation while collaborating with the Technology Manager to identify and recommend new products for market launch
• Maintain regular communication with key customers on specification projects, providing transparent updates and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records, prepare necessary reports, and ensure compliance with documentation requirements and all applicable laws, Sika regulations, and Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards
• Take personal ownership of assigned activities and projects, ensuring timely follow-up and adherence to organizational goals

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Materials, Chemistry, or related field
• Proven track record of successfully engaging with key project stakeholders, including owners, consultants, and architects
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
• Demonstrated expertise in product specifications and technical documentation within the construction or building materials industry
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail
• Dynamic, proactive approach with strong quick-learning capabilities
• Proficiency in report writing and maintaining organized technical documentation
• Knowledge of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations and compliance requirements
