Responsibilities:
In the critical role of Data Analyst with a focus on Fulfillment Operations, you will be instrumental in refining our entire fulfillment process from start to finish. Under the guidance of the Fulfillment Manager, you will employ data analysis to boost operational efficiency, streamline order processing, and improve vendor relations. This position demands an individual who is detail-focused, possesses superior analytical abilities, is proactive by nature, and can work seamlessly with various teams.

1. Data Analysis:
● Monitor key metrics concerning order processing, production and shipping durations, and product quality.
● Evaluate vendor performance considering pricing, production time, defect rates, and the quality of customer support, among other criteria.
● Conduct comparative price analyses across vendors to support management in negotiation efforts.
● Analyze pricing strategies of competitors to ensure our business remains competitive.
2. Reporting and Insights:
● Generate regular reports and visual dashboards to track and scrutinize fulfillment performance indicators/metrics.
● Highlight and call out any anomalies identified during analyses, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
● Evaluate the effectiveness of current data tools and systems, suggesting improvements or alternative solutions as necessary.
● Contribute to the development of new processes, tools, and automation strategies to streamline fulfillment operations.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
● Work closely with fulfillment and ops teams, vendor teams, and other internal departments to address operational challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
● Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
● Support strategic planning and decision-making by providing data-driven insights and analysis.
