• Assist in posting job openings across various channels, including social media, local job boards, and hospitality networks (especially for operational roles like Housekeeping, F&B, Front Office, Kitchen, etc.).
• Coordinate the preparation of employee benefits and logistics, such as uniforms, name tags, birthday gifts, or tracking welfare initiatives.
• Actively participate in organizing staff engagement activities, including Team Building events, Associate Appreciation Weeks, monthly birthday parties, and community/environmental sustainability initiatives (such as beach cleanups or CSR programs).
