Sailing Club

• Conduct daily briefings with PA staff . Manage and supervise all tasks of his/her team

• Ensure cleanliness of public areas: lobby, club house, Spa, …and housekeeping pantries according to standards and procedures set

• Attend to reports on damage or malfunction in Resort areas

• Maintain equipment in proper state of cleanliness

• Maintain a section every areas report

• Conduct regular areas checklist

• Report unusual behavior/activities villas to Assistant Executive Housekeeper/Executive Housekeeper

• Assist Executive Housekeeper in assessing team members’ attendance and performance

• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the assigned by the Management

• Establish and maintain effective employee working relationships

• Results and service oriented with an eye for details

• Ability to multi-task, work well in stressful & high-pressure situations

- Alowance for sailors who work in Phu Quoc;

- Bao Viet health insurance for individuals and families;

- Weekly off-days of two days;

- Provided with 3-star standard rooms;

- Provided with 3 meals a day and have a shuttle when going to work;

- Fitness room for sailors

• High school education

• Good oral proficiency in English language

• Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar capacity

• Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
