Sailing Club

• Greet guests and patrons personally as they enter into the establishment.

• Maintains reservation book and all information pertaining to room occupancy and daily events. Maintain menu & wine list good condition, change menu poster according to meal time.

• Politely request guests to wait in waiting area if no table is available

• Directs and instructs the dining room per team on customer needs to ensure guests receive fast and quality service from the moment they arrive.

• Ensures the group’s requirements include services needed for small children, as well as for individuals with disabilities or food allergies.

• Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.

• Serves guest by selling products.

• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and guest relationships.To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all food and beverage items in the menu.

• Update the information boards, including VIP rooms, names, occupancy, weather forecast etc,….

• College degree in Hotel Management or related field.

• Mandatory experience in F&B with a minimum experience of 1 year in a similar role within.

• Excellent communication skills,

• Confidence in working independently and as part of a team.

• The ability to cope under pressure

• Proficiency in English to serve guests and making report.

• Statement of honest and no criminal record.
