- Support the team to prepare quotation of Transport & Warehouse solution to customers.

- Together with warehouse operation, Transport and Project team to do bidding for new customers or renewal.

- Ensure effective lines of communication to ensure timely delivery of services/commodities using the most appropriate procurement procedures.

- Prepare service/commodities delivery contracts, leases and purchase orders, suppliers/transporters for all new or ongoing projects.

- Be responsible for introducing process improvements in the supply chain and identify new vendors/suppliers without jeopardizing quality and service delivery.

- Establish and implement a monitoring system that ensures that the prices paid for commodities/services are in line with local market prices.

- Develop and manage the rosters of suppliers, elaborate supplier selection, and evaluation, quality and performance measurement mechanisms

- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual procurement plans and progress reports as required

- Maintain procurement files including all relevant documentation and vendor tracking system s/he will maintain all the relevant information concerning the organization’s suppliers;

- Manage vendor in line with Rhenus’s requirements and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure completeness of deliverables outlined in the contract

- Lead and develop procurement team

- Any other duties as assigned by superior.

-          Understand deeply about logistics industry Vietnam geography is MUST

-          Have wide relationship with local transporters/ warehousing landlord/warehousing suppliers.

-          Strong leadership required.

-          Good English in 4 skills.

-          Able to travel.

-          Excellent communications and negotiation skills with suppliers and customers.

-          Resourceful, self-driven, proactive and independent working mindset.

-          Able to work well under stress in a fast-paced environment, with short deadlines.

-          Proficient in use of MS Office Applications (Words, Excel, Power Point);

-          Minimum 5 years’ experience in/ Warehousing / Trucking/ Domestic distribution activities related;

-         Bachelor’s degree or above
