Job Purpose

Supervise and inspect the work of garden to ensure a high level of quality. Direct and participates in the maintenance of the Resort and residential estate landscape areas.

Primary Responsibilities

• Ensure to monitoring and maintaining condition of 215 villas, outlets and public areas spreading in 84 hectares.

• Landscaping within and around the Resort are maintain

• Schedule for fertilizer irrigating for palm and grass.

• Change and relocate of indoor and outdoor plants as needed.

• Propagation of plants in the nursery.

• Ensure the safe use of all landscape maintenance equipment by all employees.

• Supervise pesticide applications or operates and calibrates pesticide application equipment.

• Supervise and participates in the operation and maintenance of bore well pumps, and irrigation and drainage systems.

• Is prepared to implement assigned tasks during emergencies such as fires, securities concerns

• Oversee the day to day landscaping activities and requirements including the effective and efficient administration and leadership

• Provide guidance and direction, including setting and monitoring performance standards

• Responsible for hiring, training, coaching and development of a successful and enthusiastic team, engaging in performance management and positive coaching and counseling as needed

• Responsible for the development and implementation of landscape orientation and training

• Organize and manage all seasonal plantings and decorations for the Resort

• Operate and maintain a variety of maintenance equipment including cord trimmer, mower, back pack blower, chain saw

• Interact with customers and coordinate staff to provide optimum services

• Conduct regular inspections of building exteriors and surrounding landscape

• Compliance with all safety regulations of assigned tasks, and ensure a clean and safe working environment with active participation in the health and safety program

• Perform other task assigned based on the hotel needs or requirements

1. Salary and Allowances.

Full Salary & monthly Service Charge in probation period.

Support to relocation allowance by ranks.

Home Visit allowance.

• Minimum 1 years landscape leadership experience, leading a successful team

• Must possess excellent customer service skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Detail-oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• Must be extremely responsible with integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion

• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

• Well organized and training abilities

• English communication is an advantage
