- Manage HRGA work of the whole company
- Deploy to recruit, train & develop human resource
- Arrange timesheet, payroll, insurance, PIT work timely, properly to regulations & requirement
- Handle social insurance procedures.
- Develop HR Policies, implementation & update on regular basis
- Propose, support Board of Management to build up good working environment & enterprise culture, improve work process & productivity
- Montly PIT declaration, PIT finalization for Vietnameses and foreigners
- Obtain Visa, Work Permit, and Resident Card for foreigners, etc...
- In charge of legal tasks such as employee relations, report to / work with authorities
- Organize company event like company dinner, year-end party, company trip.
- Other tasks as being required- University degree
- Good at listening/speaking/writing/reading English
- Has 5-7 years of experience in Administration and Human Resources (recruitment, training, labor contract, insurance, salar, PIT, administrative job...)
- Flexible and fast learner
- Positive energy, willing to learn, can do attitude, good interpersonal & organization skills, have management, leadership skills
- Candidate have degree in Human Resources management or similar & working experience in foreign companies is plus
- Candidates who live near Thach That, Quoc Oai, Hoai Duc area will be given priority.
