We are looking for a seasoned and strategic Senior Business Analyst to join our team. The Senior Business Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business analysis, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Your primary responsibility will be to support the deployment and development of projects primarily at major airlines such as Vietnam Airlines, Bamboo Airways, Pacific Airlines and Airport company

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand and document business needs and requirements.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of business processes, workflows, and data models.
• Solution Development:
  • Develop and propose innovative solutions to meet business needs.
  • Create comprehensive functional specifications, business requirement documents (BRDs), and use cases.
• Project Management:
  • Lead and manage business analysis projects from initiation to completion.
  • Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Perform complex data analysis to identify trends and actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
• Testing and Quality Assurance:
  • Develop and execute detailed test plans.
  • Coordinate and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Stakeholder Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between business units and technical teams.
• Mentorship and Guidance:
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior business analysts.
  • Share best practices and knowledge within the team to enhance overall competency.
• Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive change initiatives.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.

• Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is preferred.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in business analysis or developer.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing complex projects.
• Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in business analysis techniques and tools (e.g., SWOT, BPMN, UML).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced skills in using software such as Microsoft Office Suite, SQL, and project management tools.
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is an advantage.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
