Mô tả Công việc
Support automotive oil team leader for development of automotive products as per business needs
· Formulation development/ localization of imported formulation / blend study
· Reformulation of existing formulations for cost reduction/ performance improvement
· Establish the properties with specifications and performances of products based on test method.
· Run necessary tests internal or external to qualify the product performance.
· Testing of alternate raw materials/ additive and base oils for cost reduction, performance improvement
· Full knowledge of API, JASO, ILSAC and other standards and specifications
Support development projects with additive suppliers, base oil suppliers, OEMS, partners for Automotive product lines
· Carry out collaborative projects with different stakeholders for completion.
· Managing of the priorities in agreement with the automotive team leader
Studying and approving of new additives/ new raw materials and reviewing the use of all raw materials.
· Testing, analysis, and blend study
· Disposal / rework solution of slow moving/obsolete finished goods/additives
· Liaison with QC when testing of samples on shared equipment in QC lab
Technical support service
- Analysis of samples submitted by automotive technical services (France & export)
- Competition sample analysis
- Perform necessary tests for USP creation
HSE and Quality, Support to lab housekeeping, safety activities, 5S & maintenance of lab equipment
· Support to instrument installation, maintenance & standardization activities to ensure correct & timely result reporting & meeting QMS/ ISO 9001 standards.
· Validation of test methods
· Ensuring strict compliance with HSE requirements as well as quality systems requirements
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (or equivalent experience) Petrochemical/ chemical engineering / Chemistry
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- At least 3-5years’ experience in automotive lubricants formulation development/QC in lubricant industry
- Experience on all standards and specifications of automotive lubricants (API, JASO, ILSAC, ACEA) will be an added advantage.
- Experience in production & quality control activities of lubricants
- Experience in with base oils & additives manufacturers/suppliers
- Experience in lubricant standards, HSE, sustainability…. (Quality, Regulation…)

- Good written and oral communication skills in English
