1. Oversee the smooth running of the Wellness Center on a day-to-day basis to achieve high levels of guest satisfaction and revenue.
2. Ensure adequate staffing for the Spa given the business flow for all bookings.
3. Ensure all issues pertaining to guest satisfaction are met and that all follow-ups are on a timely basis. Preempt and anticipate guest needs.
4. Develop and execute plans and actions to promote spa and massage throughout the year plan.
5. Maintain daily quality control inspections of the Wellness Center (Including Spa, Pool and Gym).
6. To conduct spa treatments as part of daily operations.
7. Supervise all other associates helping with any activities and programs offered to guests.
8. To respond to guest inquiries or investigate and rectify complaints within 24 hours.
9. Prepare a spa monthly calendar of events to inform members of daily programs being offered.
10. Monitor the standard of job performance and productivity of all Spa therapists.
11. Ensure proper accounting procedures are followed when collecting or charging fees.
12. Closely monitor wage costs to ensure they are contained within an acceptable percentage of the budget.
13. Prepare and present monthly P&L critiques with Wellness Manager and General Manager.
14. Meet and exceed budget goals by maintaining profit through increased sales revenue and efficient cost expenditure.
15. Accurately forecast business demand, such as holidays or special events, to ensure an efficient stock of products and programs.
16. Search and find new products in the market.
17. To be aware of competitors in the area and complete analysis on a quarterly basis.
18. Responsible for advertising and marketing promotion.
19. Periodically plan activities to promote spa activities in conjunction with PR & Marketing.
20. Conduct daily shift briefings and disseminate relevant information to the associates.
21. Interview and select department associates.
22. Maintain a system of regular associate training and reporting.
23. Be prepared to assume other duties or responsibilities as requested by management.
