Receptionist tasks (Greeting, booking, receiving customer complaining...)
Report any problems of equipment /machine /system of spa operation
Call and fix on the customer's booking to update and arrange the therapists
(customer arrival information, schedule, practical therapist...)
Prepare for facial and booking of the day (Room, towel, products, equipment,
machine, tea, water...)
Cashier responsibility (Collect all payment/extra/discount/promotion...)
Explain about the facial that therapist will practice on customer
Update daily booking and revenue report
Check product stock and inform the stock order to inventory department
Follow and check on house keeping work at the spa
Update customer about promotion programe.
Other duties as manager requestFluently English (Required)
