Handles engineering inquiries and requests and ensures that these are passed on to the appropriate individuals for appropriate action
Liaises with other department administrators to ensure information is passed on a timely and accurate manner
Manage emergencies and special support work such as utility outages, and special events.
Measure individual performance of work against established goals and standards.
Ensures Director of Engineering is appraised of any urgent or pressing matters
Ensures that the engineering office is maintained in a clean and tidy fashion,
Maintains and updates computer records, information in shared drive, utility data and general information for workshop board as directed and/or required.
Manage/control keys, tools, supplies, parts and materials inventory as directed.
Administers the preventative and predictive maintenance program and update the records accordingly
Respond to service requests by customer timely and professionally, assess productivity.
Administers work requests, both, e- engineering and e- connect platform, coordinate and assign work priorities, track backlog and update accordingly
Keep up- to- date with engineering best practices and market and implement them.
Handles administrative duties of the department in a timely and efficient manner as directed

Strong organizational skills.
Good English language skills.
Some knowledge of working practices of a golf club.
Ability to cope with pressure.
Ability to understand asses and persuade individuals.
