La Veranda Resort Phu Quoc – MGallery, a proud member of the Accor group, is seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Night Auditor to join our boutique beachfront retreat.

As a Night Auditor, you will play an essential role in ensuring smooth overnight operations while maintaining accurate financial records and delivering exceptional guest service throughout the night.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily night audit procedures and reconcile all hotel transactions.

• Prepare and verify daily revenue and financial reports.

• Handle late check-in/check-out procedures and support guest requests during the night shift.

• Ensure accuracy of room rates, charges, payments, and billing records.

• Coordinate with Front Office and other departments to ensure smooth overnight operations.

• Monitor hotel safety and security procedures during the night.

• Maintain professional guest service standards at all times.

• Assist with administrative and reporting duties assigned by management.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Diploma or Degree Hospitality, or related field.

• Previous experience in Front Office, Night Audit role is preferred.

• Good numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Good English communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems is an advantage.

• Ability to work independently and night shifts.

• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
