La Veranda Resort Phu Quoc – MGallery, a proud member of the Accor group, As part of the Sales & Marketing team, you will be responsible for driving online revenue through the resort's digital distribution channels. This role focuses on managing OTA platforms, optimizing the resort website, and supporting commercial strategies to maximize direct bookings and overall online performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update room rates, inventory, promotions, and content across OTA platforms and the resort website.

• Monitor online sales performance and recommend strategies to increase revenue and conversion.

• Coordinate with Revenue, Reservations, and Marketing teams to execute online sales campaigns.

• Maintain strong relationships with OTA account managers to enhance visibility and commercial performance.

• Ensure the accuracy of online content, images, pricing, and booking policies across all distribution channels.

• Prepare regular reports on online sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

• Full salary entitlement during probation period.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, E-commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in E-commerce, OTA, Online Sales, or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of OTA platforms, Booking Engine, Channel Manager, and Revenue Management is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Good command English.
