Requirements for Operation Back Office position:
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Foreign trade and/or in related fields;
- Proficiency in English with good abilities to communicate both orally and in writing;
- Experience in Banking will be an advantage; fresh candidates can be acceptable;
- Excellent knowledge of office and correspondence procedures and standard computer software (Excel, Word, and Outlook);
- Customer service orientation;
- Initiative, flexibility, adaptability, excellent interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and independently;
- Being well-organized and accurate;
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage a variety of responsibilities and shift priorities as required;
