- Ensure that all drinks and cocktails are prepared according to standard recipes, cards and resort standards.
- Handle the correct glassware to be used for dispensing specific drinks and maintains bar stock of all equipment in use.
- Clean and polish bar utensils and equipment for use including glasses.
- Assist accounting staff during stock-taking i.e. setting up the bar to facilitate the inventory count.
- Prepare bar requisitions and internal transfers for approval by Department Head Ensure smooth daily operation and cleanliness of working area
- Carry out various jobs instructed by Bar Supervisor Report any slow moving items to the Bar Supervisor for adjusting stocks. Prepare and serve drinks.
