·         Complete monthly time attendance and coordinate with Finance department to ensure timely and accuracy remittance for employees.

·         Complete social and health insurance or other insurance benefits for employees every month upon case-by-case basis.

·         Make monthly declaration of social insurance to the local personnel insurance bureau. Check the social insurance data with the social insurance bureau on a monthly basis.

·         Administering the personal filing system and employee data base management.

·         Prepare offer letter/ labor contract, keep track of probation/ contract renew assessment

·         Register work permit and visa/ residence card for new expatriate

·         Monthly reports to Director of Human Resources and periodical reports to government agencies.

·         Update local laws and regulations about Labor, Insurance, Immigration, etc.

·         Regularly communicates with hotel’s employees and maintains good relations

·         Other duties assigned by Manager

Required Skills:

•                        Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

•                        Knowledge of Local Labour and Employment Regulations.

•                        Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office

•                        Good writing skills

Qualifications:

•                        Diploma in Human Resources, Training or Business Administration. 

Experience:

•                        1 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
