• Recruitment:

- Determine the recruitment needs in the business based on the actual situation of the business or follow the new trend of the industry.

- Propose to the manager about the recruitment plan and implement it following approved procedures. Recruitment planning according to the recruitment process.

- Support & initiate ideas for Job Advertisement activities both online & offline.

- Be an active part in advertising resort brand to potential candidates.

- Filter profiles, CVs and organize the recruitment database for use by assigned persons.

- Perform screening interviews in-person or online with candidates.

- Performing reference and background checks for R&F positions and above.

- Set up schedule and arrange interviews for HR leaders or department leaders as required.

- Support to arrange the welcome and Orientation to newcomers.

- In charge of recruitment and process for Casual Labour.

- Support administration and organize annual staff satisfaction survey.

- Assist in maintaining and creating a positive atmosphere within the hotel that allows for open two-way communication and ensures morale and productivity reach the highest possible levels, achieving colleagues’ satisfaction

• General Admin:

- General support in terms of Administration tasks - includes but is not limited to stationary, documents for approval, administration support for Recruitment section whenever required.

- Welfares and Activities support.

- Be responsible for keeping our property safe and secure, to participate in any hotel activity related to Fire Life safety.

- Be a friendly face and helping hand to our guests

- Look smart – wear your uniform with pride

- Other ad-hoc duties – unexpected moments when we have to pull together to get a task done

- May assist with other duties as assigned by management

1. Education:

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration

2. Service years in the field: at least 01 year of relevant experience or similar role, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.

3. Knowledge and skills:

Proficient in MS Office

Good communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company;

Problem solving, analytical, reasoning, organizational abilities

Ability to engage others in support

4. Language: Good English
