Job Content:

Responsible for the Discipline system (Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic, Fire) of particular projects, including timeline and quality of design. Being connection between Discipline Manager and Discipline Engineer by assigning and supervising the daily work of engineers.

Assist the Discipline Manager to manage daily works of engineers in team to ensure jobs run smoothly and quality.

To lead the discipline system for the project, including suggesting the main concept for system, calculate, design and develop the system as requirement.

To have the responsibility for the design of discipline system of project with project leaders, clients, …

1. Implement and maintain quality plans of deliverables to meet or exceed client’s expectations.
2. Work to complete the discipline part of projects and achieve satisfaction from client.
3. Negotiate, discuss, and attend meeting with Clients on issues involved company's design deliverables.
4. Good knowledge of discipline principles, understand relevant majors.
5. Allocate jobs to engineers in team and assist the Discipline Manager to supervise the process of projects.
6. Organize, guide and train newcomers on job and give advice to engineers on technical issues.
7. Be connection between Managers/Directors with Engineers in team.
8. Support outsourcing team when needed.
9. Ensure timeliness and quality standard of deliverables, minimize complaints.
10. Occasionally support paper works of team such as submission of dossiers to local authority.
11. Be active to get jobs from Discipline Manager and instruct other engineers in team to complete projects.
12. Be responsible for final outcome of projects with minimum complaints.
13. Allocate, assign projects to team members.
14. Give advice to clients and other teams within company in related field.
15. Design, check combined design and make comment if necessary.
16. Resolve issues from clients by giving advices/negotiating/discussing on technical matters.
17. Do site survey with exist constructions and report the situation.
18. Design new projects, do site inspection regularly.
19. Report daily works/processes of projects to superior level.
