KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Duties may include but are not limited to:

- Support to compile and audit all income and gaming related issues, ensure all revenue records are accurate, and discrepancies reported on a timely basis, control documents for all areas of F&B and Casino operations, consolidate shift reports and prepare regular revenue report, audit report and journals.
- Meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies.
- Collect all related supporting documents and other paperwork deemed necessary for the audit process.
- Perform daily audit on Table games, Slots, Cage, VIP Gaming and Promotion.
- Perform daily Complimentary Audit separately by F&B, Hotel and Gaming activities to ensure the complimentary transactions issue and redeem correct and following comp policies.
- Ensure that audit checklists are up to date and diligently followed and signed off.
- Completion of month end duties requirements by completing account reconciliations and journal entry adjustments.
- Assist Manager to ensure compliance by other departments with internal control policies and procedures and if not, reasons are found and fixed.
- Handle filing and packing all documents in a tidy manner for storage.
- Support monitoring the auditing process for all gaming and non-gaming activities and recommends revisions as business processes and systems change and develop.
- Assist in communicating audit exceptions to operational departments and documents findings. Notifies Finance management as needed for severe infractions.
- Perform other duties assigned by Casino Finance management from time to time and assist the Manager/above in managing any ad hoc projects.

Yêu cầu công việc
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
- Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office and desktop publishing software, ability to design and edit graphic presentations and materials.
