SCOPE OF WORK

Oversee and manage all accounts payable activities, including reviewing and approving documents, ensuring accurate and timely payments, monitoring vendor accounts, maintaining compliance with accounting standards, supervising the team, and supporting reporting and closing processes.

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Supervise daily accounts payable operations
• Review and verify invoices, payment requests, and supporting documents
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments
• Monitor vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare AP reports and support month-end/year-end closing
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Train, guide, and supervise AP team members
• Improve processes and recommend system enhancements
• Perform other tasks as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in accounts payable or accounting
• At least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and AP processes
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure
