• Booking documents on ERP systems; Ensure accuracy of operating activities as accounting standards (both in VAS and IFRS), all management reports, internal and external reporting; Submit timely and accurately financial reports as the Group requirements;
• Control & monitor daily transactions. Responsible for all accounting & tax matters including VAT, PIT, FCT, CIT and Transfer pricing reports; Work as direct key person on the company on dealing with authorities, internal & external auditors;
• Prepare long & short-term reports and forecast on Cash, Sales&Cost, Operational risk management... to support and provide advise to BOD on daily operation.
• Manage & direct the treasury activities; Ensure all activities, policies & procedures meeting the Group objectives, needs and regulatory requirements; Proceed cash payment transactions daily and monthly;
• Reconcile the full package of financial reports monthly, quarterly and yearly finalization according to Group accounting standards;
• Doing Auditing report and Tax review reports yearly and submit the tax office timely.
