Mô Tả Công Việc
Main Responsibilities
1- Join as a member of bidding team as required as role of main PIC for commercial part and main person for documentation of whole bidding process.
2- Upon receiving purchasing Request from related technical teams or Project Managers (PM) in DC, conduct the purchasing activities, including but not limited to:
- Work with vendors, negotiate price with supplier to make sure competitive price, evaluate & select vendors;
- Negotiate and prepare the contract;
- Keep tracking the contract implementation, work closely with vendors and related PIC in DC to manage schedule of deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems;
- Coordinate with other teams of the company and suppliers to make sure the projects run smoothly and the quality of service is as highest as possible
- Follow the hand-over documentation and process the payment.

- Key Competencies
+ Bachelor Degree;
+ At least 3 years of experience in bidding work;
+ Fluency in speaking and writing English;
+ Computer skills: can use efficiency office software
- Desirable:
+ Well understanding bidding regulations and experience in bidding process
- Other requirements:
+ Self-motivation and Innovative thinking
+ Time, task & deadline management skills
+ Teamwork spirit
+ Customer-focused attitude
+ Be able and willing to work under high pressure
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
