5. Budget Management

- Monitor and manage the purchasing budget, optimizing costs while ensuring quality.

6. Monitoring Inventory Inflows and Outflows

- Manage and monitor the inventory inflow and outflow processes, ensuring transparency and accuracy in recording information.

7. Close Collaboration with Other Departments 

- Interact and collaborate closely with departments such as the Kitchen, Housekeeping, and Restaurant to ensure that all materials and supplies meet the specified requirements.

8. Adherence to Food Safety Regulations

- Ensure that all procurement and storage processes comply fully with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.

9. Monitoring Trends and Market

- Stay informed about market trends and update information on new products and innovations to enhance the quality of services.

10. Report Generation

- Prepare and present regular reports on procurement performance and inventory status.
