• Ensure Front Office operations comply with hotel policies, procedures, standards, and concept.
• Optimize manpower allocation according to business levels and operational needs.
• Assign responsibilities, monitor performance, and conduct daily operational inspections.
• Ensure service and room standards are maintained in coordination with Housekeeping and other departments.
• Be present during peak periods and handle guest/employee concerns efficiently, ensuring proper follow-up.

Guest Services

• Build strong guest relationships and handle Front Office requests, enquiries, and complaints professionally.
• Ensure smooth and personalized check-in/check-out experiences, especially for VIP and long-stay guests.
• Monitor Front Office service standards and maintain a warm, professional guest image.
• Ensure VIP, special-request, and long-stay rooms are properly pre-blocked with required amenities arranged.
• Coordinate closely with Housekeeping and Engineering on room readiness, maintenance, and guest requirements.

Team Management & Training

• Lead, coach, and develop the Front Office team to achieve service and operational standards.
• Conduct on-the-job training, briefings, and performance coaching.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and support.
• Ensure all team members are well-trained on Front Office procedures, systems, and guest service standards.

• Working Schedule: 5 working days per week with 2 days off.
• Working Hours: 8.5 hours per day, including a 1-hour break.

• Minimum 5–7 years of Front Office experience in luxury hotels, with at least 2 years in a Leadership or AM role.
• Experience in Front Office operations, guest services, and managing VIP guests.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations, Front Office procedures, and service standards.
• Good command of English, strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
