*** Job Summary

Designer cooperates to develop the design for Fusion Hotel Group & support properties under Fusion. As part of the internal
design team, one is responsible for defining the design direction of the brand.

*** Accountabilities

• Responsible for the design, management and aesthetic development of the Company's design products
• Design advertising publications on digital marketing channels (website,facebook, Instagram, youtube...) such as flash
banners, popups, email templates, website/application interfaces, etc.
• Design printed publications (flyers, brochures, posters, presentation, etc.)
• Design items used in group/brand campaigns
• Design and manage the company's brand identity system
• Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects according to design specifications and in accordance with business strategy
• Coordinate with sales and marketing department staff to carry out communication work and business strategies of the
department.

• Outside: External design firm
