Responsible for developing procedures and system that support Production internal quality management to ensure the product quality and optimum production processes. Maintaining and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of all related manufacturing processes required to manufacture a high quality product in a repeatable and cost effective manner, utilization of facilities, equipment, materials, and personnel.
To support analyze production data of quality and productivity using statistical and analytical tools and methods to recommend improvement plan (focus on First Pass Yield, Process downtime)
Lead and coordinate improvement/ Kaizen, recommends methods for improving utilization of personnel, material, and workspace and reducing waste of materials and utilities.
Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations and analysis to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements, and production standards.
Investigate and analyze root cause analysis for quality issues and take corrective action & preventive actions.
Coordinate quality control objectives and activities to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability, and minimize cost.
Support to monitor quality data and taking corrective action to improve or correct the operations.
Support to develop and maintain relevant documents to meet production requirement.
Manage overhead cycle time & do the line balancing to improve the efficient manufacturing processes.
Imlement continuous improvement project.
Support team for internal quality audit and customer audit.
Other assigned tasks by manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Bachelor's degree in Control Engineering and Automation, Electronic, Mechanic/Mechanical Engineering, Industrial & Systems Engineering;
2. Experience: at least two years working experience in manufacturing field;
3. English: good at reading/ listening/writing/speaking English skill;
4. Skill: Good at Excel, statistic and data analysis;
5. Other:
Honest, dynamic, progressive, capable of teamwork.
Able to work under pressure.
Have awareness of ISO 9001, ISO 140001.
