RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintaining and improving the company's materials and finished goods inventory by analyzing inventory statistics to limit inventory level & meet inventory’s KPI target.
• Creating and maintaining inventory databases and systems for accurately managing inventory.
• Providing meaningful analysis of complex data to support material strategies.
• Coordinating with other departments to clear incorrect inventory in ERP system.
• Support and execute aged, obsolete and excess inventory reduction strategies.
• Reporting inventory statistics to management and suggesting improvements to inventory control and execute respective corrective actions as needed.
• Presenting inventory reports and other statistical data to management on a weekly/monthly basis.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Inventory Analyst in manufacturing companies.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with databases and spreadsheets, strong at excel skill.
• Experience with ERP system (such as Microsoft Dynamics AX, Epicor), inventory planning.
• Strong analytical, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to detail, math, and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills for both verbal and written in Vietnamese and English.
• Team player - you are willing to jump in and help others.
