• Proactively manage a portfolio of accounts in the assigned geographic/business market with the objective of exceeding the budgeted room revenue
• Adopt a clear and strategic that drives up spend per head, while keeping operational costs to a minimum
• Meet and exceed all agreed sales targets set by the DOSM
• Conducting a minimum of 20 physical sales calls per week
• Conduct telesales activity as directed
• Service existing accounts and maximise their business for other services
• Research and identify major prospects and formulate sales action plan to convert them into clients
• Meet and entertain supportive and potential clients in order to maintain or develop a mutually beneficial business relationship
• Maintain regular contact with all clients and report and adverse comments to management for rectification
• Keep our marketing database up-to-date with detailed profiles of corporate accounts
• Constantly monitor and report on competitor activities including promotions, special rates and events

• Salary negotiable.
• Working from Monday to Friday, off on Saturday and Sunday. On Fridays, employees can leave 2 hours early.

• Bachelor degree or above in business administration, marketing or related fields;
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in 5-star settings;
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills both in Vietnamese and English, outstanding persuasion skills, critical thinking and customer service;
• Good knowledge in food & beverage industry
• Good command of computer skills (MS Office);
• Strong organizational skills; time management; self-motivated and result-oriented.
