Tasks/Responsibilities under the procurement process:
• Prepare bid financial evaluation form;
• Check, make correction (if needed) and align financial proposals of bidding documents;
• Analyze and evaluate bidding documents for construction packages (mostly financial part);
• Negotiate the bidding prices with bidders;
• Prepare bid evaluation reports;
• Archive the bid evaluation, bid negotiation documents and other relevant record and documents for checking and tracking during contract implementation (if needed);
• Make suppliers/contractors evaluation.
Tasks/Responsibilities under the Line Manager:
• Join and follow-up meeting with bidders;
• Follow-up other tender-related works until the contract has been successfully awarded;
• Archive the bid evaluation, bid negotiation documents and other relevant record and documents for checking and tracking during contract implementation (if needed);
• Make suppliers/contractors evaluations;
• Prepare procurement dashboard report;
• Other works directed by Line Manager.
