PURPOSE OF JOB

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager/Product Owner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the product development process, from ideation to launch, and beyond. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of product management skills, such as timeline, negotiation, prioritization, requirements gathering, working with cross-functional squads and stakeholders, as well as good understanding of the Agile methodology and agile-related frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the product development process, from ideation to launch, and beyond.
• Define product strategy and vision, and communicate this to all stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and ensure that our product remains competitive.
• Collaborate with cross-functional squads, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support, to ensure that the product is delivered on-time, on-budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Prioritize product features and development initiatives based on customer feedback, market research, and business goals.
• Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve the user experience.

Your skills and experience

• At least 3-5 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of launching successful products.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
• Good understanding of the Agile methodology and agile-related frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban
• Experience working in a fast-paced start-up environment, with the ability to thrive under pressure.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
