JOB SUMMARY:

- Responsible for organization of mechanical maintenance
- Lead and disciplinary responsible for mechanical maintenance team
- Plan, create, monitoring and documentation of work orders (Preventive maintenance)
- Take care project & machine improvement, conditioning base.

CORE TASKS

- Processing of tasks in the CMMS system (current C-works in future SAP productive maintenance)
- Introduction of SAP PM module (plan 2025)
- Using computer-aided design/modelling software (AutoCAD)
- Responsible for cleanliness and work safety in the team and for all work carried out
- Realize the WVN engineering standard and work with WVN plant structure procedures
- Creating standard operating procedures & work instructions, designs and test procedures and best practice reports.
- Co-operate with technical Affairs team and with Production team
- Responsible in the field of preventive maintenance and ad hoc repair
- Carry out additional extraordinary and improved maintenance projects
- Responsible for up to date document management
- Responsible for work preparation, creating work orders, deviation monitoring, corrective and preventive actions.
- Providing technical advice and trainings to Maintenance staff
- Responsible for spare part management
- Liaising with suppliers
- Working on a continuously development process
- Responsible for maintenance KPi`s (condition are reports)
