• Will manage multiple jobs sites with the implementation of inspection within the facility infrastructures and general building projects to assure that contractors’ compliance is in adherence to the project requirements and Project Standards.
• Will utilize is experience and technical knowledge of facility infrastructure, and general building projects to assure Contractors’ compliance with project requirements both in the field and through their submittals.
• Will work under the supervision of the Sr. mechanical Engineer, MEPF Sr. Project Manager and General Manager
• Will work in coordination and adequation of all others employees from any other departments ( Electrical, Civil, Architectural , Sustainability , administration ……)
• Manage and monitor daily Mechanical, Plumbing and Fire Fighting systems site activities for coordination with all building trades and perform inspections to ensure compliance with the contract documents.
• Demonstrate proficiency in the review and analysis of Material submission, Shop drawings, Request for information, Request for approval and any others required documents.
• Assist in the preparation of daily site activities in coordination with all building trades and perform inspections to ensure compliance with the contract documents.
• Attend frequent Project Management and scheduling meetings and present project status reports.
• Prepare and schedule meetings and present project status reports.
• Process, track, coordinate and converse with client, consultant, designers, engineers, contractors/subcontractors to obtain all required documents needed to process project close outs with expedience.
• Process, track and follow up on submittals to resolve pending matters with efficiency.
• Ensuring that deliverables are completed to the client’s satisfaction and quality.
• Proceed to regular factory inspection/assessments, as required
• Perform witness testing and commissioning.
• Complete general administrative work relevant to the project.
• Manage projects timelines and working to meet agreed deadlines.
• Ensure safety as the priority on all project related activities and take all practical steps to safeguard employees and other individuals from injury.
• Permanently monitoring its relations with the customer and its representatives with an aim to create and keep in a good atmosphere a working relation based on confidence and fairness while obviously defending the interests of the company.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by General Manager and/or direct supervisor.
• Ensure a good and productive working atmosphere within project.

- Strong level of English.
- Certificates, trainings of Mechanical engineering.
- Experience: minimum from 5 - 10 years in the industry of Mechanical engineering of Construction of Industrial projects.
