- Degree holder or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in digital media industry is a must (prioritize Blueseed/ Lava/ Anymind Company)
- Proven sales track record and strong leadership with excellent and pleasant people communication and interpersonal communication skills.
- Good business acumen, self-driven individual.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively to make a difference.
- Energetic, confident and self-motivated.
- Strong negotiation, communication and relationship building skills.
- Strong command and proficiency of English is a preferable.
- Resilient in problem solving and resourceful in handing challenges.
- Experience in leading Sale of major digital adnetwork, agencies or online publisher is a plus.
- Knowedge of digital media such as : Adnetwork, Google Ads, Facebook Ads,…
