Join our dynamic team at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact transformation projects across a range of sectors, including banking, financial services, state-owned enterprises (SOEs), industrial goods, and energy. This position offers a unique opportunity to accelerate your career through extensive professional growth and development.

As a Specialized Consultant, You Will

• Provide expert consultation on transformation projects, including developing case proposals, and ensuring efficient project management.
• Engage proactively with key client stakeholders across industries, fostering strong relationships and maintaining clear communication.
• Report project progress regularly to leadership, delivering insights and recommendations under the guidance of senior consultants and project leaders.
• Contribute to the successful execution of key project modules, ensuring alignment with objectives and maintaining the highest quality standards.
  
  

What You'll Bring

What You’ll Bring

• 3–10 years of relevant post-graduation work experience.
• Experience in sectors such as banking & financial services, government (SOEs), Industrial Goods, or Energy, with demonstrated ability to manage complex cases.
• A track record of involvement in long-term transformation, operational improvement, or implementation initiatives is highly valued.
• Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.
• Fluency in Vietnamese and proficiency in English (both verbal and written).
• A proactive mindset, enthusiasm for learning, and a strong drive for professional and personal growth.
