We are looking for a Data Engineer to join our growing data and analytics team. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in enterprise data warehousing, ETL development, and business intelligence solutions, including SAP BW consultants seeking to expand their expertise into modern cloud data platforms.

As a Data Engineer, you will design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines that power critical business insights and analytics. You will work with cutting-edge technologies including Python, Databricks, and Snowflake while collaborating closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and data professionals across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL/ELT workflows for efficient data integration and transformation.
• Build scalable data pipelines using Python, Databricks, and Snowflake to support enterprise reporting and analytics.
• Integrate data from multiple source systems, including ERP, SAP, cloud applications, and external platforms.
• Optimize data processing performance, data quality, and reliability across the data ecosystem.
• Collaborate with business users, analysts, and technical teams to understand data requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve data pipeline performance and operational stability.
• Participate in data modeling, data warehouse design, and analytics architecture initiatives.
• Document data flows, technical specifications, and integration processes to support maintainability and knowledge sharing.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, cloud data platforms, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in data engineering, ETL development, data warehousing, or business intelligence solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Python or willingness to develop advanced Python programming skills.
• Experience with ETL/ELT processes and data integration concepts.
• Understanding of database systems, data warehouse architecture, and dimensional data modeling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to process and transform large datasets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Spark, or other modern cloud data platforms.
• Background in SAP BW, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Business Warehouse, SAP Datasphere, or SAP data integration solutions.
• Experience designing data models, transformations, extractors, and enterprise reporting solutions.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and performance optimization practices.
