Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Product Designer with strong CAD, 3D modeling, and rendering capabilities to join our team. This role is primarily based in our Ho Chi Minh City (District 1) office, with regular visits to our manufacturing facility as needed.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in cookware and/or flatware design and is highly proficient in translating concepts into technical drawings, 3D models, and realistic renderings.

Key Responsibilities

Product Design & Development

• Design cookware and flatware products (e.g., pots, pans, lids, handles, cutlery, utensils) from concept to production
• Develop product concepts through 3D models, and prototypes
• Ensure designs meet functional, ergonomic, and aesthetic requirements
• Create cohesive product lines aligned with brand identity

CAD & Technical Drawings

• Create detailed 2D product drawings using AutoCAD for manufacturing and tooling
• Prepare accurate technical documentation, dimensions, and tolerances
• Maintain and update CAD files throughout development and production stages

3D Modeling

• Build precise 3D models using SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or Rhino (proficiency in at least 1–2 required)
• Develop complex geometries for cookware structures and ergonomic flatware forms
• Ensure models are production-ready and aligned with manufacturing constraints

Rendering & Visualization

• Produce high-quality product renderings using KeyShot and/or Rhino
• Create visuals for internal reviews, marketing, and product presentations

Engineering & Manufacturing Collaboration

• Work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure manufacturability
• Apply knowledge of materials (e.g., stainless steel, aluminum, coatings) and processes
  • Cookware: stamping, forging, casting
  • Flatware: forging, pressing, polishing, finishing
• Support prototyping, testing, and production troubleshooting

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in cookware, flatware, or industrial/product design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for 2D product drawings (mandatory)
• Proficiency in 3D modeling tools: SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or Rhino (at least 1–2 required)
• Experience with rendering tools: KeyShot and/or Rhino
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and materials
• Experience working with factories or production environments

Preferred

• Direct experience designing cookware and/or flatware products
• Experience with prototyping and testing
• Knowledge of global markets (U.S./EU)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating CAD drawings, 3D models, and renderings

Skills & Competencies

Work Environment

• Primary office location: District 1, Ho Chi Minh City
• Regular travel to manufacturing facility for product development, testing, and production alignment
• Hands-on collaboration with engineering and production teams
