*** Follow warehouse system, maintains inventory and supplies by receiving, storing, and delivering items, HSE and securing warehouse, supervising staff:

WH management according to SOP and ISO 9001, and using D365 systems for both RM & FG section

Ensure FEFO (first expiry first out), Using stock card to tracking and visualize inventory

Strictly following up with Shipping/Logistic and Purchase Department to get information and arrange schedule to receive material on time.

Coordinating with relevant department (Planning, Production...) and get schedule to provide material to Production most soon

Coordinate closely with CS and Export & Import Department so that have plan to deliver the FGs at the best

Have weekly and monthly stock count to make sure the Goods in system and physical must be the same 100%.

Ensure HSE and security matter in daily work.

Minimize stock and optimise space utilization

Ensure operators have the skill level intended for the operations assigned.

Have training course, instruction, and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance

Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods.

Report to manager.

Daily working arrangement for internal member Team, share power and coordination in workmanship

Resolve in internal conflict, and hard situation.

Personnel management in stock and assignment, work to bring about reasonable efficiency

Shall comply fully with the 5S, rules and Regulations of the company

University Graduated

Minimum 7 years warehouse management experience or at least 3 years at leader level above.

Have experience and good skill at solving problems

Good skills in processing documents through system, software.

High responsibility, enthusiasm.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Good time-management skills.

Good teamwork player.

Forklif Certificate

A good ability in many systems (AX, SAP, Oracle, WIS systems...)

Able to use English
