Mô tả công việc

• Communicate with Japanese clients on all project related matters.
• Analyze and clarify new and existing client requests and requirements and forward them to project team members for clarity of work.
• Estimate work volume according to project rules, calculate costs and obtain approval
• Validate and create design documents.
• Develop and execute test cases and validate artifacts.
• Manage the estimated amount of work and actual work.
• Confirm output from specifications and user perspective, and perform delivery work appropriately.
• Manage all inbound and outbound project materials.
• Support Japanese managers to manage PJ teams and monitor and control projects.
• Other support such as translation and general work for other projects.

Yêu cầu công việc

Must to have:

• Japanese language skill: N2 level
• Have experience working in Japanese IT company, understand Japanese working culture.
• More than 3 years of experience as a BrSE.
• Have experience or knowledge about technologies
• Have experience working with web application projects for Japan market.
• Have personality careful, meticulous, thoughtful, and diligent.
• English (reading and writing skill).
• Good at Q&A and project requirement analysis skills.
• Well-organized,creative and capable of performing multiple task simultaneously.
• High responsibility and teamwork spirit.
• Have knowledge and skills about excel google sheets formulas.
• Strong desire to support building a high-quality product.

Good to have:

• English(Speaking)
• Knowledge related to digital marketing(web & social marketing)
