Sales Administration & CRM Management

• Maintain accurate and updated information in the Opla CRM system for all sales opportunities and projects.

• Ensure sales activities, opportunity stages, and required documents are properly recorded and updated.

Internal Coordination

• Act as the coordination point between Sales, Sales Operations, Engineering, and other internal departments.

• Facilitate communication and ensure internal teams receive necessary information to support proposals and projects.

Project Coordination Support

• Support the internal handover of awarded projects from Sales to operational teams.

• Track project documentation, key milestones, and internal action items to ensure smooth project coordination.

Proposal & Tender Support

• Assist the Sales team in preparing proposals, vendor registrations, prequalification documents, and tender submissions.

• Coordinate with Marketing and internal teams to gather supporting materials and references.

Administrative Support

• Maintain organized records of sales and project documentation.

• Support meeting coordination, internal documentation, and administrative tasks such as travel arrangements or expense submissions.

• University degree in Business Administration, English or similar.
• From 2 years of working experience in a similar position.
• Interest to learn and understand technical drawings – a plus-
• Excellent organization and multitasking skills.
• Good time management and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in English both spoken and written.
• Willing to travel overseas when required.
