- Lead and manage the Pattern team (Pattern Maker, Grading, Marker Maker,...) in developing women’s fashion products, especially blazers, suits, and formal wear.
- Review and analyze samples, patterns, and specifications to ensure production feasibility and quality standards.
- Work closely with design, merchandising, and production teams to translate design concepts into bulk production.
- Supervise fitting sessions, provide technical comments, and ensure accurate garment construction.
- Handle fabric consumption, cost optimization, and solve technical issues during production.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and customers’ requirements.
- Provide training, guidance, and technical support to team members.
- Liaise with international buyers and vendors – communicate effectively in English
