SUMMARY
In this role, you will support the Account team in coordinating client campaigns, managing day- to- day tasks and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams. This internship is suitable for final- year students or fresh graduates who want hands- on experience in digital marketing and account management.
Golden Owl Solutions is looking for an Account Marketing Intern who is proactive, detail- oriented and eager to learn in a digital marketing agency environment.
What You Can Expect

Your Responsibilities
Account support and client coordination
● Assist in preparing client briefs, following up on requests and ensuring client expectations are clearly understood.
● Assist the Account Leader in planning and executing marketing campaigns for clients.
● Support day- to- day client communication, project updates and deliverable follow- up through email, Slack, calls or other working channels.
Campaign planning and execution support
● Monitor project progress and promptly update relevant stakeholders on status, changes or pending items.
● Support in preparing proposals, campaign outlines, presentations and related materials under guidance.
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaign deliverables are aligned with client expectations and timeline.
Documentation and reporting
● Maintain accurate project documentation, including briefs, reports, meeting notes, task trackers and campaign records.
● Conduct basic research on industry trends, competitors and campaign performance when needed.
● Support reporting and basic performance analysis for marketing campaigns.
Other assigned tasks
● Perform related tasks assigned by the line manager or Account Leader to support client projects and internal team operations.

Requirements
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Final- year student or fresh graduate majoring in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Communications or related fields.
● Proactive, detail- oriented and organized, with good time management skills.
● Ability to work independently as well as in a team, and manage multiple tasks under supervision.
● Strong interest in digital marketing and account management.
● Good English communication skills, both speaking and writing.
● Previous exposure to project coordination or project management is a strong advantage.
● Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media platforms or email marketing tools is a plus.
