- Assist the daily work of General Manager and business trip agenda
- Assist the communication between General Manager and each department
- Be in charge of establishing and improving the files of Executive Office
- Provide the necessary written and oral translation
- Attend Hotel top member conference, and make meeting minutes
- Manage Hotel mailbox, and respond to the guest timely in the name of Hotel
- Collect and sort out the document, letter, fax and memoranda submitted to General Manager for review or approval
- Manage and record Hotel gift certificates
- Collect and summarize Hotel guest comments, implement follow-up and solution
- Fulling and consolidate data of Hotel MOD work, issue MOD Roster every month on time
- Be in charge of monthly working attendance of Executive Office
- Receive visitors of Executive Office
- Responsibility include, but are not limited to, performing and coordinating a variety of duties and tasks assigned by the General Manager.
